Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, as described above:
We will promptly remove or disable access to the material that is claimed to be infringing.

Repeat infringers may have their access terminated in appropriate circumstances.

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, we may, pursuant to the DMCA, forward it to the complaining party and restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it.
